Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Token Saving Experts, Inc. (“TSE”, “we”, “us”) handles when you visit tokensavingexperts.com and the domains that redirect to it, or join one of our video calls, and what choices you have.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you email us, including through the demo request form, we receive what you choose to include. That is usually your name, work email, organization, role and any details you add. The demo form does not send anything to our servers. It prepares an email in your own email app, and nothing reaches us until you press send.
Technical data. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Images from Unsplash. Some images load directly from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), which receives your IP address and browser details when those images load. Unsplash’s own privacy policy applies to that data.
What we do not do
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. This website does not set cookies. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. See our cookie policy for details.
How we use information
We use the information you send us to respond to your request, arrange and run demos, and follow up on conversations you started. We use technical data only to keep the site running and secure.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Video calls
When you join one of our video calls, you are told that the call is transcribed.
What we collect. Your name, what you say and type in the call, and any files you share.
Why. To run the call and follow up on the tasks we agree. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on our legitimate interest in doing so.
Use of AI. An AI model reads the transcript to note the tasks we agree. A person on our team reviews each task. No decisions about you are made automatically.
Opting out. Tick “Leave me out of the transcript” when you join. What you say and type is then left out of the transcript and not read by the AI model. Your messages still appear in the call’s chat.
How long we keep it. The transcript is deleted within a day of the call ending. Chat messages and shared files are deleted after 30 days. Task notes, which may quote the call, are kept as long as we need them. Our service providers may keep data briefly under their own terms for security.
Who processes it. Microsoft Azure and GitHub, in the United States. See International transfers below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the UK, the European Economic Area and US states such as California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. Information you send us may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
